Events & Developments

The project will commence its activity with a kick off meeting that will take place on October, hosted in Cyprus.

Three
workshops and three follow-up web meetings will be organized during the project while a final conference will take place towards the end of the second and final year. Moreover, preparatory meetings (most likely through web conferencing) may take place paving the way for the workshops and the final conference.

In the meantime, all partners are encouraged to hold public awareness events that will communicate our project to civil society and ad hoc acticvities that will be related to EMU's contemporary developments.
Public Awareness Events Objectives:
- To disseminate results drawn from teaching and research conducted so far and presented at the Year’s end conference.

- To evaluate the aftermath of the Year’s end conference

- To increase academic interest and research on EU integration issues

- To foster cooperation between the academic community and civil society - To go on public with feasible solutions to problems of further integration that the EU faces today

- To disseminate final papers and prepare relevant press releases and articles

- To produce a cohesive sequence of activities of the centre in the road towards the year end conference.


Workshops
Obectives:
- To capitalise results drawn from research conducted so far

- To prepare the ground for the Final Conference

- To increase academic interest and research on EU integration issues
- To bring closer the academic community from abroad
- To provide feasible solutions to problems of further integration that the EU faces today
- To produce Working Papers that will precede the final papers
- To produce a cohesive sequence of activities of the centre in the road towards the year end conference.
Preparatory Meetings
Objectives:
